About Simplified Support

Simplified Support Ltd was built from lived experience of SEND, EHCPs and EOTAS. We help families stay on top of the practical side of a package so they can focus on their child.

Who we are

What we do

The EOTAS Package Manager is a record-keeping and co-ordination service. Jess works with you to keep providers, timetables, invoices, budgets, evidence and reviews in one organised place. It does not give legal advice and it does not make decisions on behalf of a local authority.

Information, consultancy and advocacy

We help families understand and organise their EOTAS package. We are not solicitors and we do not provide regulated legal services. If you need legal representation or tribunal advocacy, we can signpost you to appropriate specialists.

Our approach

EOTAS packages fail when the paperwork lives in ten inboxes and nobody can see the whole picture. Our approach is simple:

  1. Listen first. Every family and every package is different.
  2. Organise what already exists: the EHCP, providers, budgets, invoices and evidence.
  3. Keep one shared, accurate record so parents, providers and Jess are looking at the same information.
  4. Plan the week, track delivery and gather evidence as it happens, not the night before a review.
  5. Flag gaps honestly and signpost to specialists when something needs legal or clinical expertise.
